We are looking to hire company CDL A drivers to join our specialized fleet running our southwest regional freight to: AR, LA, MS, OK , TX, Western TN

Job Details:

• Home Time : Weekly 34-hour reset, regionalized freight tailored to your needs. We balance the weekly home time you want with the miles to keep you moving.
• Regionalized Freight : Freight for our Southwest Regional Fleet is focused in specific regions, allowing for consistent home time and manageable routes that meet your needs.
• Average Weekly Miles : Drivers typically run 2,000 miles per week depending on Hours of Service (HOS) and availability.
• Average Weekly Pay : $1200 gross per week.
• Average Length of Haul : 300 miles.
• Freight Type : 100% no-touch freight, with 50-60% drop & hook and 40-50% live unload.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Experience (Tractor Trailer/OTR):
  • Minimum of 3 months experience in the last 36 months. The 3 months experience must be with no more than two carriers, and driver can have no preventable CMV accidents during the 3 months
  • For drivers with less than 6 months of experience, the driver can have no preventable CMV roadway accidents.
  • Drivers that do not have the 3 months of verifiable experience within the last 3 year can go back 5-10 years on verifications. They would just have to do an extensive driving test during orientation
• ** Experience must be T/T. Trailers must be greater than 40 feet. Will count local experience.**

Pay and Bonuses:

• Detention Pay: $12.50 per hour after the second hour.
• Layover/Breakdown Pay: $100 per day.
• Performance Bonus: Earn up to an additional 3 CPM based on safety, mileage, and productivity, starting the first of the month following your hire date. Must be an active OTR driver at the time of bonus payout to qualify.
