Title: Janitorial Cleaning Specialist/Cleaning Technician

Reports To: Manager

Basic Function: To perform a variety of maintenance and cleaning tasks to keep the facilities looking perfect and to exceed the expectations of our customers.

Key Responsibilities and duties: • Sweep and mop floors • Vacuum all carpeting • Gather and dispose of trash from restrooms, offices and other work areas; • Clean and sanitize toilets, basins and urinals • Clean mirrors, counters and sink • Spot Clean walls and doors • Restock toiletries in restroom dispensers • Dust equipment and fixtures; • Keep cleaning supplies in stock • Must follow and adhere company’s and safety policies in the work place • Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision • Notify supervisors or managers of major repairs • Perform additional duties as assigned • Maintain a professional image by wearing uniform • Provide clients with exceptional customer service • Must maintain a positive attitude with coworkers, supervisors and management
