CLEAR Site Coordinator
The CLEAR Site Coordinator is a clinical role responsible for oversight, regional planning, and implementation of the Community and Law Enforcement for Addiction Recovery (CLEAR) program in collaboration with the Statewide Project Manager and statewide implementation team. The Site Coordinator will organize and coordinate responses to overdoses in the community and will provide oversight and clinical supervision to the Community Engagement Team who regularly conduct community outreach, offer harm reduction services, and follow-up on overdose events.
Full-time / Exempt
Salary begins at $82,000
QUALIFICATIONS
Licensed clinical professional (LCSW, LMFT, LPC). Three or more years of supervisory experience required. Experience with underserved and marginalized populations required, experience with substance use disorders and/or mental health preferred. Experience working with law enforcement or first responders preferred. Experience in program management preferred.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
** ******Participate in all project meetings between McCall, Connecticut Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (DMHAS), and other Connecticut CLEAR program sub awardees. Document and disseminate relevant information to staff.
Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to discuss program status and goals and provide monthly written reports to partners highlighting successes.
Organize meetings and activities based on the goals of the CLEAR program and grant deliverables.
Oversee daily operations, including oversight of documentation and reporting, referrals, and data in the Cordata system.
Supervise and support teams of Community Engagement Specialists and Family Recovery Coaches.
Conduct regular clinical supervision and guidance to staff regarding their current case load.
Provide coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations to support professional growth and skill development.
Hold weekly staff meetings to provide agency and program updates, discuss challenges, and support collaboration.
Coordinate team assignments and outreach initiatives to manage workload distribution and to meet goals and deadlines.
Ensure staff adhere to all organization policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
