    Purpose and Objective:

    Home Helpers of Farmington, MI is looking for a CLIENT SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE (CSR).

    The Client Services Representative’s main objective is to drive leads, revenue, promote community relationships with surrounding professional organizations, and managing the general awareness of Home Helpers services.

    Organization, Work Location & Schedule: The Client Services Representative will report to the President.

    This position has a flexible work schedule. A Marketing worksheet must be submitted weekly to the President.

    Job Requirements: QUALIFICATIONS:

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Detail-oriented, independent, service-oriented and self-motivated.

    Meets project deadlines and commitment for meeting sales goals

    Capable of making a strong first impression of trust, competence, and pleasant nature. Must also be able to handle rejections.

    Open to meeting new people and working at building new relationships.

    Ability to identify and/or follow up sales leads and referrals; develop new referral sources and interact with existing referral sources to increase sales of the Agency’s services.

    Roles and Responsibilities: JOB DESCRIPTION:

    1. Generate and develop a network of referral sources that will send new clients on a regular basis.

    2. Maintain and develop existing referral sources.

    3. Networks on a person-to-person level in the home care community, to gain and maintain the trust of home care professionals

    4. Demonstrate creativity in ability to bring new ideas in lead generation.

    5. Be compassionate about the services we offer.

    6. Maintain a professional business attitude, dressing and conduct at all times.

    7. Identify, build and maintain relationships with new client referral sources.

    8. Preparation of proposals and presentations using company marketing resource materials.

    9. Develop and conduct client sales presentations.

    10. Identify new opportunities within the community.

    11. Meets with families and individuals who need our services and facilitates the intake process by learning our client's needs in order to match them with compatible caregivers.

    12. Visits our clients to ensure they are well cared for.

    13. Other duties as assigned.

    Salary:

    The Client Services Representative (CSR) will receive performance payout based on the revenue generated from the CSR client leads plus (per negotiations) a base pay.

    This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
