Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years’ functional experience in implementing and O&M support of Oracle CLM.
- Must have hands on experience working with CLM with emphasis on analysis and problem resolution.
- Solid working knowledge of federal acquisition processes
- Update daily work log.
- Demonstrated prior Oracle Federal Financials R12 experience.
- Demonstrated strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability; preferably with prior experience working to analyze and resolve help desk items.
- Excellent customer service skills including ability and desire to answer phones, work with customers and capture additional information to document and troubleshoot help desk tickets when necessary.
- Minimum of 6 years’ functional experience in implementing Oracle R12 Federal Financial (CLM, iProcurement, Purchasing and Payables) applications with emphasis on analysis, implementation and problem resolution.
- Minimum of 4 years' functional experience in configuring CLM in a Federal environment.
- Strong Oracle Procure to Pay and CLM experience.
- Demonstrated strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability with prior experience working to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve service requests within the Oracle E-Business Suite.
- Must be able to clear a federal background check - Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
- Additional Qualifications Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience
- Demonstrated excellent customer service skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and technical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to complete a federal background investigation.
- Must be a US Citizen or have a Green Card.
