Studio CLMBR Guides are individuals who balance different roles such as being a motivator, DJ, friend and educator and leader; though your most important role is to encourage clients to Reach for Greatness, one class at a time. As a Studio CLMBR Guide, you will program and lead clients through 30-45 minute rhythm-based choreographed classes on a vertical climbing machine, as well as programming and incorporating strength training in our BootCamp or Lift classes. Responsibilities: • Represent Studio CLMBR’s core values in-studio, as well as online and outside of the studio. • Ability to lead motivational classes and help clients reach their fitness goals. • Plan and execute 30-45 minute climbs, bootcamp or lift classes following the Studio CLMBR suggested programming. • Demonstrate proper form and technique for movements and provide a safe space for clients. • Arrive 30 minutes prior to class start time and assist studio consultants with checking-in clients, help clean the studio in-between classes and assist new clients with setting up their CLMBR machine. • Strive to become the best guide and team member by receiving and giving constructive criticism in a collaborative, supportive community. • Participate in team meetings, training, and events to learn and grow as a Studio CLMBR guide. Qualifications: • At least 2 years of group fitness coaching experience. • Must be able to teach to the beat of the music for climbing classes. • Enthusiastic about group exercise classes and enjoy creating and delivering new, fresh and innovative routines. • Must be friendly, outgoing, and personable. • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and professionalism. • Consistently teach at least two times per week and teach 75% of your monthly class blocks. • Certified Personal Trainer certification is preferred, but not required. PREFERRED AVAILABILITY: • Weekdays; early morning, mid-morning, noon, and evenings • Weekends; mid-morning Compensation: $50 - $75 hourly
