    Job Description

    CLYDE INDUSTRIES IS ACTIVELY HIRING FOR A SALESFORCE DATA ENTRY SPECIALIST to assist with a large-scale ongoing project.  Specialist will be responsible for the research and the data entry of our customer’s specific asset data into Salesforce.  The Data Entry Specialist should be organized, motivated, and be able to multitask. Candidates must express a professional demeanor in their interaction with others and be able to communicate (verbally and in a written manner) with co-workers by telephone, Salesforce platform, and e-mail. The Data Entry Specialist will work with little supervision in a fast-paced team-oriented Customer Service environment, so those with strong Salesforce data entry experience are preferred.  This is an entry level position focused on customer asset data entry into Salesforce and at project completion transition into a Customer Service Specialist position could be likely based on job performance and quality of project completion.  

    This is a full-time nonexempt position and our targeted hourly rate for the position is $20-$25/hour and offers will be made depending on experience. This position will work in office and Clyde Industries is headquartered and located at: 4015 PRESIDENTIAL PARKWAY ATLANTA, GA USA 30340.

     

    SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES (not comprehensive of all tasks):  

    • Responsible for entering detailed data records for our current customer’s assets. 
    • Heavy research to ensure we have the complete data required for each of our customers.
    • Works collaboratively with our Field Operations team and Customer Service department to ensure all customer information is pulled and cataloged in a timely manner.
    • Manages our database of electronic client files ensuring timely and accurate filing.
    • Compiles, sorts, and verifies data’s accuracy.  
    • Provides administrative clerical support to department personnel as needed.
    • Other duties will be assigned as needed that are related to Salesforce, asset management, data entry, and customer service.

     

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Thorough knowledge and high proficiency with Salesforce 
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and multitask
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word)

     

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

    • 1+ years of office or clerical administration experience desired 
    • 1+ year Salesforce experience required
    • Bachelor's degree preferred
