    We are a marketing & sales company ran by a couple science nerds! We hire entry level individuals with a marketing/ sales OR science backgrounds who want to get into medical, surgical, device, pharmaceutical sales BUT don't have the required experience. Many of our representatives started with this goal. Some have excelled in that path after gaining experience, and some have moved up in the company to train and mentor new entry levels, LIKE YOU!

    This is for our entry level account manager position. We currently do all of the outside business to business sales & marketing for commercial energy accounts in the eastern Pennsylvania and central New Jersey regions. We specialize in dealing with business customers face-to-face on behalf of these companies to help them keep their existing customers happy and acquire new customers as well.

    A year or 2 of experience learning sales, communicating with business owners, and closing large business contracts is the type of experience that entry level account managers gain to put on their resume for FUTURE MEDICAL SALES REPRESENTATIVES!!!

    THE IDEAL CANDIDATE IS A COMPETITIVE SELF-STARTER THAT THRIVES IN A FAST-PACED ENVIRONMENT AND IS LOOKING FOR A CHALLENGE. YOU MUST BE COMFORTABLE MAKING DOZENS OF NEW CONNECTIONS PER DAY, WORKING IN TEAMS OF PEOPLE, GENERATING INTEREST, AND QUALIFYING PROSPECTS.

    FROM DAY ONE YOU'LL BE CHALLENGED TO TAKE RISKS, THINK BIG, AND MAKE AN IMPACT WHILE GETTING LOTS OF TRAINING AND SUPPORT FROM THE TEAM.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    · SOURCE NEW SALES OPPORTUNITIES AND FIND NEW BUSINESS LEADS

    · DEVELOP NEW BUSINESS ACCOUNTS WITHIN A GIVEN TERRITORY

    · IDENTIFY CUSTOMER'S NEEDS, AND PROVIDE REPORTS TO MANAGEMENT

    · UPDATE CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT TEAM ON ANY ADAPTATIONS NEEDED TO BRIDGE THE GAP BETWEEN CUSTOMER AND BRANDING TEAM

    · MEET AND EXCEED ALL PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS INCLUDING SALES OF SERVICES, ADD-ON SALES, CUSTOMER ETIQUETTE, AND MAINTAINING HIGH INTEGRITY WITH OUR QUALITY STANDARDS

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    · ASSOCIATE'S DEGREE OR EQUIVALENT EXPERIENCE IN SALES

    · PREFERRED: 1 - 2 YEARS OF TEAM-ORIENTED EXPERIENCE

    · EXCELLENT WRITTEN AND VERBAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS

    · DESIRE TO BE RECOGNIZED BASED ON MERIT AND INNOVATION
