    Wipro Givon USA has an exciting new opportunity for a CMM Programmer to join our team. This position leads the project management of long-term Quality projects and improvements, assists in the response to customer audits and corrective action requests, and acts as a technical resource for the Quality inspection team.

    Abilities - Are you a good fit:

    Thorough knowledge of inspection in the aerospace environment

    Ability to use CMM Manager Preferred

    Ability to use and interpret aerospace drawings and specifications including strong GD&T skills and experience. Ability to read and the interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures.

    Experience with the following software: CATIA/ENOVIA, MS OFFICE.

    Experience with AS9102 FAI requirements and forms.

    Ability to write routine reports and business correspondence and communicate effectively with customers or employees of the organization.

    Ability to manage multiple projects and schedule requirements.

    Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.

    The ability to sit or stand for at least 8 hours a day.

    The ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

    Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

    Job Duties and Responsibilities - What will you do daily:

    Develop and implement CMM Manager processes to measure parts per customer, company, and schedule requirements.

    Collaborate with manufacturing, tooling, engineering, and quality personnel as needed on technical issues.

    Validates CMM Manager programs and responds to errors and emergency problems.

    Train shop and inspection personnel on CMM operation.

    Audits internal systems to determine the effectiveness of corrective action measures.

    Implements calibration activities to obtain minimum variances.

    Meets established standards for productivity and quality. Confers with supervisor when problems arise, which impact the expected level of performance.

    Responsible for supporting and ensuring compliance to ISO 9001/AS9100 Quality Management Systems and customer-specific requirements

    Write and maintain CMM programming and inspection support procedures.

    Must contribute to a positive work environment.

    Performs any task required to support customer requirements and company goals.
