    Job Responsibilities:

    • Patient Care: Assist residents with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
    • Vital Signs Monitoring: Measure and record vital signs such as temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration rates.
    • Mobility Assistance: Help residents with mobility and physical activities, including transfers and ambulation.
    • Hygiene Maintenance: Ensure residents' personal hygiene and comfort through regular toileting, bathing, and grooming.
    • Environmental Maintenance: Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment for residents by performing light housekeeping tasks.
    • Nutrition Support: Assist in meal preparation, feed residents, and monitor their food and fluid intake.
    • Documentation: Accurately document care provided and residents' responses in the appropriate records.
    • Communication: Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
    • Patient Advocacy: Act as an advocate for residents, addressing and resolving any concerns or issues.
    • Infection Control: Follow infection control protocols to prevent the spread of illnesses.

    Qualifications:

    • Current and valid CNA certification in the state of NJ
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.
