_ Legacy at College Hill_ is looking for a CNA Bath aide is to assist individuals with their personal hygiene and bathing needs, ensuring their comfort and safety. This may include helping with tasks such as getting into and out of the bath or shower, washing and drying, and applying lotion or other products. The bath aide may also provide emotional support and companionship during the bathing process.

Job Summary:

The job of a bath aide is to assist individuals with their daily personal hygiene routines, particularly bathing and grooming. They provide support and assistance to individuals who may have difficulty performing these tasks on their own. Bath aides may work in a variety of settings, such as hospitals, nursing homes, or in-home care, and must have a compassionate and patient demeanor. Their primary responsibility is to help maintain the physical and emotional well-being of their clients by ensuring they are clean, comfortable, and confident in their personal hygiene.

Job Duties:

• Assist clients with bathing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Monitor clients' health and report any changes to supervisor
• Help clients with mobility, transferring, and positioning
• Maintain a clean and safe bathroom environment
• Ensure clients' privacy and dignity is respected
• Document and report care provided
• Follow all safety and infection control protocols

Skills Needed:

Requirements:

• CNA Certification
• Experience as a bath aide preferred
• Ability to assist patients with bathing and personal grooming
• Knowledge of proper hygiene and safety practices
