WHEN YOU WOULD WORK:

We are currently seeking to hire an experienced CNA/Medtech who has a flexible schedule and is willing to pick up just a few shifts each month as needed. Possible shifts includes working as a CNA or Medtech from 7am to 3pm, 3pm to 11pm, and 11pm to 7am. Other possible shifts include working in the kitchen from 7am to 2pm or 4pm to 7pm.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for passionate and experienced Certified Nursing Assistants/MedTechs. We need compassionate individuals who find satisfaction in caring for seniors in need of memory care. You will be part of a team providing quality, innovative care for our senior residents including applying unique practices that help bring joy to our residents!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist residents with medication management and mobility assistance
• Document resident observations
• Provide support during recreational and cognitive activities

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Current Utah CNA license
• 1-2 years experience caring for elderly residents in an assisted living or nursing home setting
• 1-2 years experience administering medications
• If not already in place, willing to obtain First-aid, CPR, and Utah Food Handlers Permit
• Willingness to obtain a background check
• Ability to lift 50lbs
