We are seeking a dedicated CNA or HHA to join our team as an Office Assistant! As part of this role, you will work a 40-hour week with the goal of a balanced split between field and office work (as close to 50% field, 50% office as possible). The office tasks include but are not limited to: Answer caregiver/client questions, assisting with expired credentials, training field staff, welcoming new clients, and a part of the on-call rotation. You will also be expected to be able to see all clients (within your working hours; see below) as our OA's assist with call offs and ensuring our clients shifts are filled. You must be comfortable with animals, smoke and transportation. You must be comfortable with driving as we have clients located all over the Metro area.
Position Details:

Requirements:
A compassionate, patient, and caring nature.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience providing care to clients in a hands-on environment (Home Health, Assisted Living, Group Home, Hospital Setting)
Reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license with Auto Insurance.
Negative TB test or Cleared Chest-Xray.
Availability to work 2 weekend days per month.
