    Job Summary:
    We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to patients and assist nursing staff in delivering high-quality care. This part-time position from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our residents or patients.

    Key Responsibilities:
    - Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
    - Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respiratory rate, and blood pressure.
    - Help patients with mobility, including transferring, walking, and using mobility devices.
    - Maintain a clean and safe patient environment, following infection control protocols.
    - Communicate effectively with patients and their families to provide comfort and support.
    - Document patient care information accurately and report any changes in patient conditions to the nursing staff.
    - Assist with feeding, ensuring dietary needs are met, and providing hydration support.
    - Participate in the patient care planning process as part of the healthcare team.
    - Provide emotional support to patients, encouraging independence and maintaining dignity.
    - Complete other duties as assigned by nursing staff or management.

    Qualifications:
    - High school diploma or equivalent.
    - Current certification as a Nursing Assistant in [State].
    - Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred, but not required.
    - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    - Ability to work collaboratively within a team and provide compassionate patient care.
    - Physical stamina to lift, move, and assist patients as needed.
    - Basic knowledge of medical terminology and patient care practices.
    - CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
