About the Role:

BrightStar Care Karing Hent, Inc. in Rochester, MN is currently seeking CNAs for per diem shifts. Join our team and make a difference in the lives of our clients! We recently started taking clients in the Rochester area and we are looking for some CNA's to join our experienced care team who are willing to pick up shifts as we grow our clientele in the Rochester area! If you are a student or are looking for a second job we might be a great fit for you!

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with activities of daily living including grooming, bathing, and dressing.

Provide compassionate and reliable care

Document care provided and report any changes in client's condition

Follow care plans and communicate with the care team

Assist clients with light housekeeping and meal prep

Ability to transport client in personal vehicle as needed

Requirements:

Active CNA certification in the state of Minnesota

Experience in home care or long-term care setting

Compassionate and patient demeanor

Ability to communicate effectively with clients and care team

Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
