CNA or Caregiver needed
Certified Nursing Assistants and Caregivers should be compassionate, friendly and good with people. CNAs and Caregivers help clients with everyday activities, from cooking and cleaning to completing errands.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:
Offering companionship to clients
Taking clients to their medical appointments, the grocery store and other important places (only if contracted)
Medication reminders
Preparing meals when needed
Keeping the house clean and doing laundry when needed
Assistance with bathing and dressing
Assistance with getting in/out of bed
Assistance with wheelchair usage
Keeping proper care records, if needed
Communicating with medical professionals about the client’s care plan
Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment
Requirements and Qualifications include:
Must be 23 years of age or older
CNAs must have certification
CPR, AED and First Aid training certified and capable of using in emergency situations
Flexible schedules and being willing to work extra hours when the job requires it
Access to transportation and having a current Arkansas State Identification Card or Arkansas State Driver’s License
High School Diploma or GED
At least one (1) year experience, preferred
Willing and capable of submitting to a background check
Willing and capable of submitting to a drug screening
Verifiable reference(s)
Ability to read, write, understand and carry out instructions and/or directions
Physical ability to perform job-related duties, which may require lifting 30-50 pounds, long periods of sitting or standing, bending, transferring, stooping, stretching, walking, pushing, and pulling
Demonstrate appropriate knowledge for safe use of medical equipment such as canes, crutches, walkers, lifts, side rails, wheelchairs, etc.

Salary: $13.00 an hour (Caregiver); 15.00 an hour (CNA)
