STS Aerospace in Laconia, NH is searching for a **Grind & Polish Laborer **to join the team. This position is responsible for cleaning, deburring, polishing, grit blasting, and/or grinding manufactured parts. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities

Qualifications

**Education, Certifications, Licenses, & Registrations - **High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Inspects parts for defects and material handling damage
• Scrapes or rubs parts with file, wire brush, or buffing cloth
• Mounts tools on revolving spindle for abrasive finishing and deburring.
• Holds part against deburring / grinding wheel to deburr tube surfaces or grind weld beads Deburrs or polishes parts
• Uses Flex-hone (Wire-brush) when indicated on operational instructions
• Operates hand held Die-Grinder
• Uses Compressed Air to ensure interior and exterior of parts are blown off after
• Consistently, regularly and predictably at work and on time
• Other duties may be assigned as needed
