Role
As a Field Service Technician (also known as Machine Tool Technician, Equipment Maintenance Technician), you'll be responsible for the repair and maintenance of high-precision machine tool equipment and controls. This role involves on-site work at various customer facilities, ensuring the highest level of quality and customer service satisfaction.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED from a technical school is required; Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field is helpful.
- At least one year of applicable experience.
- Proven experience working with CNC controls and a basic understanding of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics.
- Ability to read and understand drawings and schematics, and use precision measuring equipment (dial indicators, micrometers).
- Intermediate to sophisticated level skills in software associated with Microsoft programs and other related business programs.
- A valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 100% of the workweek; some overnight travel required.
