Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Lathe / CNC Machinist to join our team. This hands-on role involves operating and maintaining CNC Lathe to produce precision components. The ideal candidate will have experience in machining processes, interpreting blueprints, and ensuring high-quality production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate, set up, and maintain a Hyundai WIA CNC lathe to produce high-quality parts.

• Interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to execute machining tasks accurately.

• Perform quality control checks using precision measuring instruments to ensure parts meet required specifications.

• Adjust machine settings and tooling to optimize performance and efficiency.

• Troubleshoot machining issues and collaborate with engineers to improve processes.

• Maintain a clean and safe workspace, adhering to all safety regulations and protocols.

• Work closely with team members to support production goals and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Experience in machining, with a focus on lathe operations and CNC programming.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical documents.
• Strong understanding of machining principles, tooling, and materials.
• Ability to set up and adjust CNC machines, including selecting appropriate tools and offsets.
• Knowledge of quality control methods and precision measuring instruments.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing setting is a plus.
