HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Operating CNC machining equipment following a production schedule.
Accurately labeling parts.
Stamping parts as needed.
Moving finished parts to the proper areas.
Keeping the machine filled with coolant.
Ensuring that refractometer readings are within acceptable levels.
Monitoring and filling the way oil reservoir.
Maintaining a clean workstation adhering to 5S standards.
Programming and machining new fixtures.
Training new employees.
Programming and machining prototype parts and new jobs.
THE ENVIRONMENT
Safety is our highest priority and safety procedures / guidelines must be adhered to. This includes personal protective equipment such as safety-toe shoes, safety glasses, and hearing protection (optional).
This is a 1st shift position, working 7:00am – 3:00pm, with overtime as needed.
The job is within a climate-controlled environment, and you will be exposed to forklifts, pedestrian traffic, and moderate noise.
The role involves various physical tasks, including lifting and operating machinery, with comprehensive training provided.

The hourly rate for this position is $16.00 - $40.00 per hour. This position is also eligible for a quarterly incentive program.
TPay rate is based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
