Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Understand blueprints, job plans and operation instructions to assure parts are manufactured to specs.
• Proficient in understanding G-Code
• Able to inspect a workpiece using micrometer, calipers, height gauge, optical comparator and gauges.
• Set up machines using verbal/written instructions provided by programmer/engineer to produce a part for First Article Inspection. When part passes FAI you will turn the production over to an operator after instructing them on the production of the part..
• Troubleshoot problems during the standard production machining process
• Train machine operators to run production jobs after part passes FAI.
• Know how to operate Haas Milling Centers and or Lathes is a plus.
• Experience using CNC probing systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of 5 Axis CNC machines is a plus.
• Able to perform all types of deburring as needed

Qualifications

Requirements:

3-5 Years of experience in similar roles.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
