We are seeking a talented CNC Machinist to operate, set up, and program CNC machines for precision machining projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of machining processes, quality standards, and safety procedures. You will be responsible for producing high-quality parts, ensuring machine efficiency, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Key responsibilites include but are not limited to:
- Setting up and operating CNC machines (milling, lathe, or multi-axis) to produce aerospace parts according to engineering drawings and specifications.
- Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines to ensure optimal operation.
- Conducting quality checks on finished parts, ensuring they meet customer specifications.
- Maintaining accurate production records and complete necessary documentation.
- Following all safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborating with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
- Demonstrating attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Working independently and as part of a team.
- Having strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
You should be proficient in:
- CNC Tooling
- G-Code
- High School / GED
- Experience in a Manufacturing Environment
Machines & technologies you'll use:
- CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC) (Fanuc, Okuma, Makino, Dmg Mori Seiki)
- CNC Lathe (2-4 axis) (Okuma)
- CNC Mill (5+ axis VMC) (Dmg Mori Seiki, Mikron, Fanuc, Okuma)
Salary info:
