    Sunsational Solutions is seeking a skilled and motivated CNC Machinist/Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. This role is responsible for the precise cutting of window film using our CNC machine, while also playing a key part in maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse. The ideal candidate possesses a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    CNC Operation:

    Operate CNC cutting machine to accurately cut window film according to work orders.

    Program and adjust machine settings to ensure optimal cutting precision and efficiency.

    Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the CNC machine.

    Troubleshoot basic machine issues and report any major concerns to the supervisor.

    Warehouse Organization and Maintenance:

    Receive and inspect incoming film shipments.

    Accurately record film inventory, ensuring proper check-in and check-out procedures are followed.

    Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

    Assist with the loading and unloading of delivery vehicles.

    Stock shelves and rotate inventory to minimize waste.

    Inventory Management:

    Help develop and implement inventory tracking systems to optimize efficiency.

    Monitor film levels and proactively identify potential shortages.

    Assist with cycle counting and physical inventory procedures.

    Process Improvement:

    Identify opportunities to streamline warehouse processes and improve overall efficiency.

    Suggest and implement solutions to enhance workflow and productivity.

    Qualifications:

    High school diploma or equivalent.

    Proven experience operating a CNC machine, preferably in a similar industry.

    Experience drafting, printing or working with CNC machines for at lease 6 months is required.

    Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

    Strong understanding of measurement units and tolerances.

    Advanced computer skills and familiarity with inventory management software.

    Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.

    Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
