Our customer in Berne, Indiana is looking for a strong manufacturing engineer to join their team and help them really optimize their plant. This person will create new processes/procedures, improve current processes, and manage projects related to bringing in new automation. 

This person should have a strong machining/programming experience, but they won't be spending most of their time out on the floor fighting fires, they'll be much more project focused. They have a great team of engineers on the floor with strong problem-solving skills this person can lean on.
