Job Description
An aerospace company in Phoenix, Arizona, is seeking CNC Mill Machinists for 2nd shift. The ideal candidates will be motivated self-starters with at least three years of experience.

Responsibilities:
- Precision machining of critical aerospace hardware, including castings and forgings made from materials ranging from aluminum to high nickel alloys.
- Setup and initial program validation.
- Performing inspection and validation of key features at CNC machines.
- Collaborating with engineering, programming, and management teams to optimize machining processes and fixture design.
- Adapting to changing work priorities and overcoming machining obstacles.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge and application of geometric tolerancing.
- Ability to set up and run Vertical and Horizontal CNC Mills with minimal supervision.
- Expertise in using precision measuring equipment.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints for the aerospace industry.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workload based on communication from QC and CNC managers.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail, team player mentality, and a positive attitude.
