EXPERIENCED CNC MILL MACHINIST

J.M. Canty Inc, is a multi-national world-renowned Process Engineering manufacturing company in Lockport, NY and Dublin Ireland established in 1977. We specialize in the manufacture of vision-based process control systems, particle sizing systems and process lighting, sight glasses for a variety of industries including Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Chemical, Oil & Gas, Glass, Food and Mining Industries.

We have an immediate opening for SECOND SHIFT.

· MONDAY – THURSDAY

· 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM (4x10 hour shifts)

· No Weekends

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work independently utilizing advanced knowledge to program, set-up and operate CNC mills (lathes is a plus)

Read and interpret drawings, diagrams, blueprints, G&M codes, specifications, work orders, or reports

Ability to produce precision parts and maintain tight tolerances

Cutting tools, materials and use best machining practices

QUALIFICATIONS:

3 Year assembly experience preferred

Excellent problem-solving and prioritizing skills with a keen attention to detail

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Can lift up to 50lbs

COMPENSATION:

Salary: $30+ per hour Based Upon Experience
