Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in machine operation, specifically with CNC machines, and possess a strong understanding of blueprint designs and metalworking processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Read and comprehend technical blueprints and designs to prepare for machining tasks.

- Set up CNC machinery for production runs, ensuring configurations meet project specifications.

- Accurately rework metal components to align with blueprint requirements.

- Measure and verify all calculations prior to machinery setup to ensure precision in production.

- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in compliance with company standards.

- Perform regular maintenance on CNC machinery to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

- Input all necessary codes to specify feed rates, speeds, and cutting paths for CNC operations.

Qualifications:

-Minimum of three years of experience as a CNC Operator, with prior experience as a Machine Operator preferred.

-In-depth knowledge of metal machinery and computer information systems.

-Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

-Proficient in reporting and analytical skills, with a solid understanding of mechanics, mathematics, and basic chemistry.

-Ability to interpret 3D drawings and orthographic projections effectively.

Education & Training:

-Completion of relevant technical training or apprenticeship programs is preferred.

-Additional professional development courses in CNC operations or related fields are a plus.
