Role

As a CNC Operator (also known as CNC Technician, Machine Operator), you'll operate and maintain mechanical equipment, ensure quality control, perform basic troubleshooting, interpret blueprints, and adhere to safety and environmental standards. You'll also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in the work area and completing all necessary documentation accurately and in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role with the ability to handle basic issues and problems independently.
• Working knowledge of subject matter and ability to interpret work instructions accurately.
• Proficiency in following written and verbal directions, basic verbal and written communication skills, and strong mathematical skills.
• Experience with equipment troubleshooting, CNC machines, machine safety inspections, and GD&T.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment and familiarity with CNC Grinder, CNC Lathe (2-4 axis), CNC Lathe (5+ axis), CNC Swiss Lathe, CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC) (Fanuc, Mazak), and CNC Mill (5+ axis VMC).
