  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    The CNC Programmer Intern will work in the manufacturing components area performing the following job tasks including but not limited to:

    • Assuring all programs and tools are available to meet daily productions schedules.
    • Assuring all programming and tooling is available to meet new product development schedules.
    • Programming of Punch Machine, Press Brake and Tube Bending Equipment
    • Process Improvement and Standardization
    • Maintain documentation and file structure.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Must be currently enrolled in an accredited University or College and pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, CAD Design or related fields.
    • Must possess a minimum overall GPA of at least 3.0.
    • Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
    • Proficiency with CNC programming
    • Able to read blueprints.
    • Familiar with CD CAD modeling

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • SAP knowledge preferred
    • Experience with CNC programming software (punching, bending, cutting
    • Experience with PLM systems and SQL.
    • Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
