    A dynamic manufacturing team is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join their operations. This role is key in developing CNC programs, creating detailed work/setup instructions, and supporting process improvements. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in multi-axis CNC programming, specifically with experience in Siemens NX and/or DP Technology Esprit.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain CNC programs, work instructions, and inspection protocols for efficient manufacturing processes.
    • Provide technical support for CNC equipment, including mills, lathes, and grinders, by interpreting engineering drawings and using CAD/CAM software or manual programming as needed.
    • Support manufacturing by analyzing inspection data and recommending adjustments or improvements to processes and tooling.
    • Determine and implement tooling and gauging requirements to optimize part production, collaborating with tooling engineers as necessary.
    • Collaborate with Quality Control, Material, and other departments to troubleshoot manufacturing challenges and provide technical expertise.
    • Maintain comprehensive records of CNC programming documents, setup instructions, and work procedures using tools like Teamcenter.

    Qualifications:

    • Education: High school diploma or GED required; a BS Degree in Engineering is preferred.
    • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in multi-axis CNC programming, with proficiency in Siemens NX and/or DP Technology Esprit. Familiarity with Mazak Integrex and Okuma Multus is a plus.
    • Skills:
      • Strong knowledge of complex tooling and machining operations.
      • Ability to identify, source, and implement required tools efficiently.
      • Familiarity with interpreting inspection data and implementing process improvements.
