Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize CNC programs for various machining operations.
- Interpret technical drawings and specifications to create accurate machining instructions.
- Set up and operate CNC machines, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC equipment.
- Collaborate with engineers and production staff to improve processes and resolve issues.
- Train and mentor junior programmers and operators on CNC programming techniques.
- Maintain documentation of programs, setups, and revisions for future reference.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a CNC Programmer or similar role.
- Strong understanding of CNC machining processes and tools.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and G-code programming.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certification is a plus.
- Must have experience programming within Siemens NX platform
- Working knowledge of Hypermill software a plus

- CNC Mill (5+ axis VMC) (Okuma, Dmg Mori Seiki, Mikron)
