As a CNC Programmer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the precision and efficiency of our manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize CNC programs for various machining operations.
• Set up and operate CNC machines, ensuring quality and precision in all outputs.
• Collaborate with engineers and machinists to troubleshoot and resolve programming issues.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Interpret technical drawings and specifications to create accurate machining programs.
• Implement best practices for safety and efficiency in the workplace.
• Train and mentor junior staff on CNC programming techniques and machine operation.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CNC Programmer or similar role.
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and CNC programming languages (e.g., G-code).
• Strong understanding of machining processes and materials.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification is a plus.
