As a CNC Programmer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the precision and efficiency of our manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize CNC programs for various machining operations.
- Set up and operate CNC machines, ensuring quality and precision in all outputs.
- Collaborate with engineers and machinists to troubleshoot and resolve programming issues.
- Conduct regular maintenance checks on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Interpret technical drawings and specifications to create accurate machining programs.
- Implement best practices for safety and efficiency in the workplace.
- Train and mentor junior staff on CNC programming techniques and machine operation.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a CNC Programmer or similar role.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and CNC programming languages (e.g., G-code).
- Strong understanding of machining processes and materials.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification is a plus.
