    Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced CNC programmer and operator with a strong affinity for high precision work. The ideal candidate will bring over 5 years of hands-on experience in machining. As part of our dedicated team, you will play a crucial role in producing top-quality tools, meeting tight tolerances, and ensuring superior quality.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Enter all relevant codes to specify feed, speed, and cut of any toolpath that is required to set up machinery for production.

    Use measurement tools (micrometers, indicators, comparators) with precision and accuracy to achieve required tolerances.

    Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to tooling performance, implementing necessary adjustments and modifications as needed.

    Uphold stringent safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment at all times.

    Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering their skill development and knowledge sharing.

    Qualifications:

    Over 5 years of proven experience in machining and programming, demonstrating a track record of delivering exceptional quality work.

    Expertise using Fusion 360 or another CAD/CAM software.

    Proficient in interpreting technical drawings and blueprints, with a strong grasp of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).

    Mold making experience is preferred but not mandatory.

    Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.

    Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
