Overview:

We are seeking a CNC Programmer who will be responsible for programming and running CNC Mills & Lathes (G-Code) to produce parts according to customer specifications, designing and manufacturing dies as well as repairing broken dies. The ideal candidate has machine shop experience and a passion for precision and accuracy.

Responsibilities:

· Program, set up and operate CNC Mills & Lathes to produce high precision parts according to engineering drawings and specifications.

· Select appropriate tooling, fixtures, and machining parameters to ensure efficient production.

· Perform regular maintenance and trouble shooting on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.

· Maintain and update software and hardware as needed.

· Collaborate with production team members to optimize manufacturing process and improve product quality.

· Inspect and measure finished products and compare them to customer requirements.

· Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Qualifications:

· Ability to read manufacturing blueprints

· Program / set up / run Lathes & Mills (G-code)

· Familiar with Fusion 360 and Esprit

· Experience with measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, indicators, gauge blocks, pins, CMM)

· Familiarity with ERP systems, specifically Job boss2

· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

· Strong communication and teamwork abilities

· Programming/running EDM a plus

Pay:

· Based on experience and qualifications starting at 25.00/hr. +

Schedule:

10 hr shift / 4 day work week

7:00 am - 5:30 pm Monday - Thursday
