    About the Role:

    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven CNC Sales Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise in CNC machinery and your strong sales acumen to identify customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and drive business growth. This position is ideal for an individual who thrives at the intersection of engineering and sales and is passionate about delivering value to clients.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers in the CNC machining and manufacturing industry.

    • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate CNC solutions, including machinery, tools, and services.

    • Provide technical expertise during sales presentations, product demonstrations, and client consultations.

    • Collaborate with internal teams to create proposals, quotes, and customized solutions that meet customer requirements.

    • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and maintain awareness of industry trends.

    • Travel to customer sites to assess their operations, recommend improvements, and showcase CNC solutions.

    • Achieve or exceed sales targets by managing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.

    • Attend trade shows, industry events, and customer training sessions to promote products and build relationships.

    • Provide post-sale support, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.

     

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field. (Equivalent experience will be considered.)

    • Proven experience in CNC machinery, machining processes, or related manufacturing technology.

    • Strong technical knowledge of CNC systems, including programming, setup, and operation.

    • Demonstrated success in a sales or customer-facing technical role.

    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

    • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.

    • Willingness to travel to client locations as required.

     

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience working with multiple CNC brands and machine types.

    • Familiarity with CAD/CAM software and manufacturing automation.

    • Existing network within the CNC machining or manufacturing industry.
