You will use your expertise in technology recruiting to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies, conduct thorough candidate assessments, and build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.**********

    Responsibilities:

    • ** ** ** ** ** Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top technology talent**********
    • ** ** ** ** ** Source, screen, and interview potential candidates**********
    • ** ** ** ** ** Evaluate candidate qualifications and match them with job requirements**********
    • ** ** ** ** ** Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers**********
    • ** ** ** ** ** Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process**********
    • ** ** ** ** ** Negotiate compensation and benefits packages with candidates**********
    • ** ** ** ** ** Manage the candidate pipeline and maintain accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)**********
    • ** ** ** ** ** Continuously monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement**********

    Qualifications:

    • ** ** ** ** ** At least 3 years of experience in technology recruiting**********
    • ** ** ** ** ** Strong knowledge of the technology industry and its various job roles**********
    • ** ** ** ** ** Demonstrated ability to source and attract top technology talent**********
    • ** ** ** ** ** Excellent communication and interpersonal skills**********
    • ** ** ** ** ** Strong negotiation and persuasion skills**********
    • ** ** ** ** ** Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously**********

    Preferred Education:

    • ** ** ** ** ** ** ** ** **Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration.
    • Certifications in staffing and equal opportunity recruiting such as: the American Staffing Association CSP, TSC, CSC, and CHP
