GENERAL SUMMARY
Responsible for development and implementation of RMF/IA controls in secure operating systems, networks, and database products.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (*ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)
- Independently review security artifacts provided by program offices and other organizations and assess both the technical and functional adequacy of the cybersecurity/information assurance controls.
- Support the design and implementation of system security architectures, Program Protection Plan, Cyber Security Strategy, test procedures and reporting and artifacts of the eMASS developed package, etc.
- Support IPT meetings, TIMs, and Security control Assessor Validator (SCA-V) cybersecurity assessments
- Develops security policies and procedures.*
- Provides technical expertise and guidance to more junior team members.*

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 plus years of work related experience.
- Minimum of 3 related certifications may be used in place of related academic
- Active IAM Level II/III certification required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- RMF experience supporting DoD entities
- US Citizenship Required ; Minimum of DoD Secret Clearance
- Experience with entering data into eMASS and the management of CAC and PAC.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Active CISSP or CISM Certification
- Active DoD TS/SCI clearance
