The successful candidate will manage the NASA Cybersecurity and Privacy Enterprise Solutions and Services (CyPrESS) contract. The CyPrESS requirement is a new procurement for Agency-wide cybersecurity and privacy services. The types of services anticipated include:
Principal Duties and Responsibilities of the CyPrESS Program Manager include but are not limited to:
Serves as the Contractor's single contract Program Manager that is authorized and responsible for the overall contract performance
Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction
Primarily interfaces with the Government service office manager, Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR)
Responsible for the management of all employees, financials. contract/subcontracts, schedules, deliverables, performance, risks and quality
Responsible for compliance with all contract and corporate policies and procedures

Required Skills Required Experience
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree or higher in related field
Minimum of 15 years work related experience providing service delivery in complex IT environments, including 7 years supervisory experience
Knowledgeable of the Cybersecurity and/or Privacy domain including standards, compliance, and current challenges/solutions
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Working knowledge of desktop applications including word processing, spreadsheet, and database programs
Extensive experience managing large, complex programs that involve multiple lines of business with a variety of services
Experience leading a diverse technical workforce across multiple geographically dispersed locations
Experience managing large, complex programs with performance requirements directly tied to metrics
US Citizenship Required; Ability to obtain and maintain required level of clearance as mandated by contract
Ability to travel to all Agency locations, as needed, with or without reasonable accommodation
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Program Manager Certification preferred (e.g., PMP or equivalent)
Experience leading enterprise-level contracts across multiple geographically dispersed locations
Current SECRET clearance preferred with ability to obtain a higher clearance
Cybersecurity certification preferred (e.g., CISSP or equivalent)
ITIL experience and/or certification
