MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform general administrative and logistical functions.
- Prepare and maintain records, to include personnel, property, maintenance, and operational records.
- Prepare periodic/scheduled reports.
- Maintain duty schedules and timesheets.
- Coordinate transportation for TO personnel, including country clearance telegrams, in-country security for incoming and outgoing personnel, and ensuring in-country housing needs are met. This responsibility does not include actually making travel arrangements (e.g., airline tickets, hotel reservations, etc.) for rotations.
- Coordinate shipping arrangements, documenting that the proper customs, procedures, and standards are adhered to.
- Perform supply, receiving, marking, and warehousing and storing activities as specified in the OPO-Training IDIQ.
- Coordinate billeting, storage, and maintenance activities.
- Maintain active and accurate accounting of all TO equipment and supplies through a computerized file and accounting system.
- Other administrative functions as assigned by the U.S. Government.

- Obtain and maintain a Personnel Security Clearance/Public Trust determination/Overseas Vetting, as required by the TO. Personnel Security Clearance/Public Trust determinations, or Overseas Vetting may not be required as specified in the TO (i.e. TO performance may not require obtaining a Government vetting process).

- Must demonstrate Level 3 English language proficiency.
- At a minimum, must possess either a Bachelor’s degree in logistics/supply chain management or business administration from an accredited institution or a current Certified Professional Property Specialist certification (www.npma.org).
- Must possess a minimum of three (3) years of experience in administrative and logistical support management.
- A minimum of two (2) years of this experience must have been in property management, with demonstrable experience in at least three (3) of the following areas:
- Acquisition
- Audits
- Control (e.g., ownership, responsibility, and accountability)
- Disposition and retirement
- Movement and transfers
- Inventory
- Property accounting
- Receiving
- Records and reporting
2. A minimum of one (1) year of this experience must have been in overseas procurement and logistics management.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and possess sufficient computer skills to manage electronic files and an electronic record-keeping system
