You’ll communicate with field teams and customers using messaging apps, email, two-way radios, and telephones. Responsibilities: • Prepare documents for dispatch • Communicate with customers and field teams about service details and special requests • Arrange service calls with customers and field team • Plot and shift service calls when necessary • Monitor service calls and arrival times • Document service schedules and customer complaints Qualifications: • Experience working with people under stressful and dynamic conditions • Exceptional communication, customer service, organizational, and interpersonal skills • Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction • We prefer applicants with 1+ years of experience as a service dispatcher Compensation: 19.5 - 23.50 hourly
