    Position Summary:

    As the Commercial HVAC Service Manager, you will lead a team of skilled technicians, manage service operations, and collaborate with clients to provide top-tier HVAC solutions. This role requires a hands-on leader with extensive HVAC knowledge, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee daily operations of the commercial HVAC service department, including scheduling, dispatching, and resource allocation.

    • Lead, mentor, and train a team of HVAC technicians to ensure consistent quality and professional development.

    • Develop and implement service strategies to meet company goals for efficiency, profitability, and client satisfaction.

    • Troubleshoot and provide technical expertise for complex HVAC issues.

    • Maintain and strengthen client relationships through exceptional service and proactive communication.

    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.

    • Manage department budgets, prepare reports, and track key performance indicators (KPIs).

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial HVAC, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.

    • Proven technical expertise in commercial HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair.

    • Strong leadership and team-building skills.

    • Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

    • Proficiency in using service management software and tools.

    • Valid HVAC technician license and EPA certification preferred.

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a focus on safety and quality.
