Responsibilities
Recognizes and greets all guests and team members providing exceptional and professional service.
Provides information and assistance to guests and colleagues regarding recreation facilities, as well as indoor and outdoor recreational activities.
Assists guest and colleagues with recreation equipment use ensuring proper sign-out/in procedures.
Explains and monitors safe use of equipment to all guests and colleagues.
Responds to first aid and emergency situations as required.
Provides food and beverage service as needed and directed by supervisor.
Attends to any guest complaint to ensure the guest need is met, dialogue with guest is tracked, and follows-up with leader
Ensures an adequate supply of towels, and other items are available.
Ensures cleanliness and organization of the recreation areas and ensures that equipment is maintained throughout the day
Ensures equipment in proper working order and reports any problems with equipment/services to leader
Ensures guests have completed the necessary activity waivers.
Ensures the provision of supplementary equipment for guests
Guest oriented with an outgoing, sincere, helpful, caring and friendly personality
Able to work well with others and independently
Able to take initiative within given guidelines
Pays precise attention to detail, order and cleanliness
Has exceptional energy, flexibility and professionalism
Has effective communication skills (verbal, listening, writing)
Comfortable working with computers
Have strong interpersonal skills
Able to adapt in a fast pace, constant changing environment

Required Skills
Customer service in a five star hotel setting, preferred.
Well organized with good written and verbal communications skills.

Proactive problem solver
Required Experience
Minimum 1 year experience with luxury property or equivalent
Previous guest service experience in a hospitality related field is a strong asset
First Aid/CPR is an asset
Bronze Cross certificate an asset
Knowledge of indoor/outdoor sports (water sports) and related equipment required
Qualifications
