    Job Summary

    We are looking for COMPANIONS - No License Needed - for IMMEDIATE job openings in Toms River, NJ (Ocean County) and Neptune Township, NJ (Monmouth County). Certified Home Health Aides and Certified Nursing Assistants are also welcome to join our team. You will work directly with patients, following a one-on-one care plan. You operate with a big heart while providing personalized and attentive care and building genuine relationships with those you serve. You are compassionate, reliable, able to work independently, and committed to creating a healthy and safe environment that meets patient needs. Strong verbal and social skills are needed to succeed in this role. Prior Home Health or Hospice experience is a plus. We operate throughout New Jersey; however, at present we are only looking for Companions who live in one of the following counties: Monmouth County Ocean County

    Responsibilities

    Build relationships with patients by chatting with them to help keep them mentally healthy and alert

    Engage patients [without physical contact] in exercises or other fun activities (for example, playing cards, board games, watching TV)

    Report observations to supervisor

    Qualifications

    Elementary/High School Education

    One year prior professional experience
