In this role, you'll build and strengthen relationships, both within the team and with external partners, creating a cohesive and motivated workforce. Your leadership will be instrumental in helping Bader Law reach new heights, making a lasting impact on the company and the clients we serve.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Duties include, but are not limited to…

    • Manage the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
    • Take full responsibility for the execution of strategic operations throughout the organization.
    • Ensure effective integration of all EOS elements, including regular L10 meetings, KPIs, Rocks, owning the accountability chart ensuring the right person is in the right seat, and oversee right compensation and benefits to align with the company's objectives.
    • Align the company’s strategic vision with its objectives, mission, and VTO, ensuring clear goal alignment across the organization.
    • Collaborate with financial leadership, including the Fractional CFO and executive team, to analyze finances and lead strategic financial planning.
    • Develop and implement training programs to foster leadership and professional growth within the team.
    • Promote and facilitate team integration and collaboration.
    • Understand and effectively manage the Visionary’s ideas to execute innovative strategies ensuring they align with organizational goals and stays ahead of the curves.
    • Embrace and lead change management, ensuring the leadership team embraces continuous optimization and innovation.
    • Oversee performance tracking through the DOMO dashboard, enabling team members to monitor and adjust their goals based on real-time data.
    • Lead financial strategy, including P&L management and budget oversight.
    • Ensure that strategic plans are effectively executed across the organization.
    • Prudently manage risk across all areas, including malpractice, HR, labor, employment, cyber, and financial risks.
    • Commit to improving client service and follow through with leadership to ensure an exceptional client experience.
    • Lead, manage, and hold the entire team accountable for managing and achieving their goals.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Required:

    • 5 – 7 years’ operations experience at the VP or C-Suite level
    • P&L Management experience $50M - $75M, with proven scalability
    • 3+ years’ experience of cross-functional team management
    • Team leadership experience
    • Data Analysis (business intelligence) experience (track performance, strategic planning, profitability, etc…)
    • Bachelor’s degree

    Preferred:

    • 3+ years’ experience as COO/Integrator
    • EOS champion
    • P&L Management experience $75M and above
    • Legal background/experience
    • Experience leveraging technology to optimize operations
    • Master’s degree

    Desired:

    • Injury law firm experience – High volume
    • Experience with Virtual Assistance and offshore
    • Understand WFH model
    • Bilingual

    SALARY: $250K - $350k plus performance-based bonus
