RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties include, but are not limited to…
- Lead, manage, and coach senior executives across multiple brands, ensuring team alignment and accountability.
- Ensure team alignment through transparent communication and effective collaboration across departments
- Foster team systemization with clear accountability structures and performance benchmarks (KPIs).
- Drive revenue growth by optimizing processes and ensuring scalability across operations.
- Develop and refine strategic action plans, setting operational goals for 6-month, 1-year, and long-term horizons (3-10 years).
- Spearhead growth strategies, including new market entry and expansion initiatives.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement benchmarks to track progress and ensure profitability.
- Identify opportunities for quick wins and address low-hanging fruits to accelerate progress.
- Take ownership of day-to-day P&L management, budget oversight, and cost control strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- 5+ Years of VP or higher of Operations experience
- Proven P&L management experience showing scalability between $50M - $100M
- Cross-functional team management experience
- Proven scalability growth (units) experience
- Experience in the hospitality industry
- Multi-location management experience across multiple territories/regions
Preferred
- COO experience in the hospitality industry
- Quick service restaurant expertise
- Franchising experience
- Mergers & Acquisitions experience
- Employer of choice / Best-in-class mentality
- Budget management experience
- Multi-state operations experience
Desired
- Multi-brand management experience

SALARY: $175K - $210K
