Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Cook to join our culinary team. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of dishes, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
- Assist in the planning and development of new menu items and specials.
- Manage ingredients and food supplies, including inventory control and ordering as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient kitchen operations and teamwork.
- Monitor food cooking times and temperatures to ensure food safety and quality.
- Work efficiently under pressure during busy service periods.
- Follow proper storage procedures for food items and leftovers.
- Assist with food prep and other kitchen duties as required.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Cook or in a similar role in a restaurant or catering environment.
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus but not required.
