The Global Director of Talent Acquisition will lead a team of 15 globally including 5 TA Managers for a fast-paced Fortune 500 CPG company. Relocation package available to NY, Chicago or Los Angeles areas.
Scope:
- Set vision, strategy and goals for all aspects of talent acquisition globally with a data driven approach and mindset
- Lead, mentor and develop a global team of talent acquisition professionals responsible for delivering against recruitment plans for the business, inclusive of achieving diversity and inclusion goals.
- Lead effective recruitment process, practices and standards that provide high quality experiences for candidates and hiring managers.
- Build strong partnerships with key stakeholders across the organization that yields consistent processes and strong results. Provide consultative guidance leveraging data and market intelligence to deliver on talent demands & ultimately positive business results.
- Partner with internal people leaders & key stakeholders to develop and deliver on talent strategies fulfilling talent needs
- Regularly assess future talent needs and partner with business and finance to ensure appropriate budgeting is in place to support recruiting demand.
- Lead, plan and manage change and projects, requiring agility in support of varying priorities as new initiatives develop
Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree required in Human Resources, Business Administration or similar career.
- Eight (8) or more years of progressive HR experience in large, global environments
- Five (5) or more years in global talent acquisition or sourcing role
- Significant experience in managing multiple task and projects related to the Human Resources field as well as project management knowledge and skills.

- Proven team leadership experience demonstrating strong results
