    TECH SUPPORT LEVEL 1

We deliver results for business by overseeing technical projects for installation, repair, and maintenance for Fortune 500 companies in retail, hospitality, healthcare, and finance. From installing phone systems, to setting up cash registers, to repairing sound systems, and more, we provide exceptional customer service in everything we do.

    THIS ROLE

    Our Level One Tech Support is the go-to person for Field Technicians. A Field Tech reaches out to our Tech Support to check-in to the site, we clarify the scope of work, help troubleshoot if the Field Tech is stuck, and enters notes in our ticketing system along the way. We need someone who is naturally comfortable on the phone, loves to troubleshoot technical issues, and is a detailed note-taker. All of our roles require excellent customer service.

    MUST-HAVES

    • Excellent customer service; a real people-person
    • Strong desire to help, with knack for problem solving
    • Self-motivated and self-directed
    • Team player and sharer of knowledge
    • Great communicator: both verbal and written
    • Basic knowledge in telecom/network services (phones, printers, point of sale, etc)

    BONUS POINTS

    • Field experience with structured cabling
    • Familiarity with Cat5, Cat6, switches, routers, VOiP and/or PBX phone systems
    • Associate/bachelor's degree in related field

    LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION

    Our Maitland, Florida office is conveniently located near I-4 and SR 414. Small yet delightful, we offer a friendly, casual, and hard-working environment. "Keep it light yet productive" is the unofficial office motto. Just 15 minutes from downtown Orlando, we are close to great restaurants and recreation centers.

    SCHEDULE

    We cover customer needs around the clock. Early bird? Night owl? We're looking for both! You might be set for ten-hour shifts four days/week or eight-hour shifts five days/week. We offer an additional stipend when it's your turn for the weekend on-call rotation (typically 2-3 times/year). We are currently on a hybrid schedule, with three days in the office, two days working from home.

    Starting at $36,000 annually
