    Description:
    Forefront Culinary & Support Services is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CRM Administrator to
    join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our
    Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to enhance our interactions with current and
    potential customers. As a CRM Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring data integrity and
    accuracy within the system, which is vital for effective sales and marketing strategies. You will
    collaborate with various teams to capture and analyze customer information, helping to inform
    decision-making processes and improve our overall customer experience. This position offers an
    exciting opportunity to bring innovative solutions to our CRM practices, helping to streamline
    operations and support our growth objectives. The successful candidate will demonstrate proficiency
    in CRM software, along with strong analytical and communication skills. You will be tasked with
    maintaining system functionality, training users, and troubleshooting issues, ensuring that our CRM

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage the day-to-day operation of the CRM system, including creating and updating workflows, fields, and layouts to support business requirements.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for CRM users, providing support, troubleshooting issues, and delivering user training to maximize system utilization.
    • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the data through regular audits, data cleaning, and
    • imports/exports.
    • Build and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to sales and marketing team
    • Monitor CRM updates and releases, implementing new features and ensuring system stability and compliance with best practices.
    • Work closely with sales, marketing, and IT teams to understand their needs and implement CRM solutions that align with organizational goals.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or
    equivalent experience).

    • 1 to 3 years of experience in a CRM administrator role
    • Familiarity with CRM best practices, including data management and user role permissions.
    • Proficiency in creating reports, dashboards, and workflows.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across
    • departments.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Experience supporting sales and marketing initiatives through CRM platforms.
    • Experience with SOQL/Workbench, or familiarity with integrated tools such as Hubspot, Netsuite or SalesForce

    Additional Information

    Compensation:: $70,000 - $80,000 year
