We are seeking an experienced CRM & Loyalty Manager to lead customer acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies for Freebirds World Burrito, Taco Bueno, and Uncle Julio’s. This role combines strategic vision with hands-on execution to optimize loyalty programs and CRM campaigns across email, SMS, and app channels. The ideal candidate will leverage advanced segmentation techniques, customer insights, and collaborative teamwork to drive measurable results.
Key Responsibilities: CRM & Loyalty Management
Serve as the subject matter expert for CRM and loyalty platforms (e.g., Punchh, Attentive, Thanx, Sparkfly).
Oversee loyalty app management, ensuring seamless functionality and alignment with engagement goals.
Manage platform integrations and updates, collaborating with IT, Analytics, and Marketing teams.
Execute system maintenance, including contact imports/exports, segmentation updates, and troubleshooting.
Segmentation & Personalization
Develop and implement strategies targeting audiences by behavior, location, and brand preferences.
Use segmentation data to create personalized campaigns that boost acquisition and retention.
Continuously analyze and refine segmentation approaches for improved performance.
Loyalty Program Management
Manage loyalty campaigns across email, SMS, and app channels to engage customers.
Plan and execute loyalty promotions and initiatives to enhance program participation.
Monitor program performance, conduct A/B testing, and present actionable insights.
Campaign Management:
Develop and optimize data-driven CRM campaigns across multiple channels.
Conduct A/B testing and analyze metrics to ensure alignment with business goals.
Coordinate campaign timing and execution through a comprehensive communications calendar.
Creative Collaboration & Execution
Partner with creative teams to produce on-brand marketing assets.
Assist with copywriting and graphic design tasks as needed.
Integrate CRM strategies into broader marketing efforts, collaborating with social media and PR teams.
Data Analysis & Optimization
Analyze customer data to identify trends and improve CRM strategies.
Adjust campaigns based on insights to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Maintain and present performance reports with actionable recommendations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
5+ years of CRM management, loyalty program, and digital marketing experience, preferably in the restaurant industry.
Proficiency with loyalty-based CRM platforms (e.g., Punchh, Attentive, Thanx) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Expertise in segmentation, personalization, and creating targeted campaigns.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Familiarity with basic graphic design and copywriting is a plus.
